All documents are encrypted during the upload process and LifeDocs’ staff cannot access the documents that you upload to the Platform.

We may also automatically collect information relating to your interactions with us and our Platform, such as browser type, IP address, pages visited and other activities on the Platform, device type, time and date of visit, and other information we collect through the use of cookies and similar technologies.
